Skills for Life ToolBox Self-Assessment is a guide for school and career planning. It was created based on the theory developed by Ph. Dr. John L. Holland. Skills for Life ToolBox Self-Assessment is based on extensive research on how young people choose their educational and professional path. The theory known as RIASEC shows that both people and work environments can be classified into six basic typologies: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising and Conventional. As you fill in this questionnaire, you will find questions about your own aspirations, activities, interests, and other beliefs that you might have about yourself. This questionnaire takes about 20 minutes to complete.
We are now in the piloting phase, calibrating and adjusting the items. Your answers will help us create a self-reflection tool for young people in Europe.
